North Shore Wheelers Off Road Club

ABOUT:

We are a group of dedicated off-road enthusiasts with dependable streetable 4x4 vehicles. We are not brand specific. We are located in the Arrowhead region of Minnesota but we have members from all over the state. Most of us drive our vehicles to wheeling events and the goal is to have a great day of wheeling and still be able to drive them home afterwards.

We like tight trails with hills and obstacles. We are not big fans of mud, but if it's between us and an obstacle we'll go through it. The NSW is low profile and low impact. We try to get out two or three times a month during the spring, summer and fall. We do a lot of day trips, with wheeling weekends thrown in the mix. The club plans a major trip at least once a year, club members have gone to Easter Jeep Safari and various trails in Colorado.

Our members are as varried as can be. They have experience ranging from a few months to many years. And all are willing to share whatever experience they have with fellow members new and old. The vehicles we drive are as varried as the members, we have everything from pretty much bone stock to very modified trail rigs. But since we do tight trails most of the vehicles are small. Check out our members page to see for your self.

If you enjoy wheeling and have a dependable 4x4 vehicle and want to get out and use it, contact the club, you won't regret it.

MEMBERSHIP:

It's easy, just contact the club. Wheel with us at least two times so we can check out your wheeling style and get to know you a little. After you complete your second run with us we vote on your membership. You should have have a short wheel base vehicle that is insured and streetable and must become a MN4WDA member if (when) accepted into the club. Then if you do not already have one, you must get an OHV sticker for your vehicle.

You do not have to live on the north shore of Lake Superior to be a member, we have members from all over the state.

You do not have to have a lot of experience as a trail rider to be in the club, were here to teach and help new people become  experienced off roaders.

You do not have to pay club dues. The only expense to you is your MN4WDA membership, your OHV sticker and the cost of club stickers.

You do not have to bother applying for membership if you have an aditude problem, you will not be accepted into the club. We have to feel confident that our members will respect the club and will not do anything to cause injury to the club or it's members or the wheeling comunity.

Tell them how you found them
If you register on a Club's website, please tell them that you found them through JeepClubs.org.  Many clubs take the time to submit information to us and this is a good way for them to see that the effort they are putting forth is working and will give them a chance to add more information to their club's information page if needed.
