LOCATION:

Mid-Hudson River Valley of New York State, between NYC and Albany

ABOUT:

The Hudson Valley 4 Wheelers members are mainly located in the Mid-Hudson River Valley of New York State, between NYC and Albany. The HV4W are a recreational club offering one or two trail rides per month. Our day and weekend rides are to trails in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Pennsylvania. There are also monthly club meetings and annual social events off the trails.

MEMBERSHIP:

Though most members have Jeeps, the Hudson Valley 4 Wheelers welcomes owners of any type of truck (sorry, no ATVs). We are a small club with a high percentage of very active members. Should you join, expect to be involved.

Membership in the Hudson Valley 4 Wheelers must be approved by the general membership at a regular meeting.  Before being considered for membership, a prospective member must:

   1. Attend at least two regular monthly meetings.
   2. Attend at least two off-road club events.
   3. Agree to and comply with the Club Rules.
   4. Agree to the Tread Lightly approach to off-roading.
