ABOUT:

Twisted Axles 4WD club is a not for profit organization of around 35 members from the Central New York area formed in 1999.

Our membership is open to anyone interested in 4WDs. We help train and teach beginners the right way to 4 wheel to minimize impact to your vehicle and the environment and experience 4 wheelers will be challenged by one of our many trail rides.

Our current membership includes men and women in all walks of life: from homemakers to engineers to retirees. The clubs goal is to help promote safe and responsible four wheeling, emphasizing the Tread Lightly Program. The club also helps with community volunteer programs such as Meals on Wheels, food and clothing drives, and fire dept fund raisers. We are actively involved in land use issues, pursing usage of both public and private land.
